We were late to Paris due to the delay in Airlines. Received a WhatsApp message from Mr. Jean Michel during the afternoon and we explained him the situation that we will arrive late by Mid night. We were expecting that the host may charge some extra euro for showing up late. But Mr. Jean was very kind hearted and understood our situation :)
He was very kind to us and provided all the instructions through WhatsApp, created a video showing where he kept the keys and how to enter the room. He precisely explained where the utensils are kept, the bedding arrangement and waste management over WhatsApp message itself, thanks a lot !!
One thing for travelers - The bed is a convertible sofa, and is shown in description image as well, be prepared for it. Apartment is a bit older. But here, getting a good stay in Paris with Bus transport and Supermarket in walkable distance of 3 minutes - this apartment worth the money !!

L’emplacement est très pratique, le matelas du lit est étonnamment confortable pour un convertible! L’arrivé très facile et l’hôte très agréable.
Le logement est quelque peu vétuste, et la propreté, pas parfaite

Manque de propreté (couettes sans housse et jaunes, lunettes des toilettes, bouilloire, micro-ondes, grille pain, etc…)
