O apartamento é muito confortável e limpo. Está muito bem localizado. O anfitrião também é muito atencioso e sempre manteve contato.
Uma coisa que eu já sabia e não tinha o que fazer… ficar no último andar sem elevador com 2 malas super pesadas. Mas no checkout um rapaz muito prestativo nos ajudou a descer as malas. Mas para subir vou muito difícil.

Well-equipped: Complete kitchen utensils, a cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, hair dryer, washing machine (outside dryer), and vacuum are provided, making it convenient to prepare meals.
Clean rooms: The rooms are generally clean, and a vacuum cleaner is provided for guests to maintain cleanliness during their stay.
Convenient check-in and check-out: The process is easy and hassle-free, with clear and complete instructions.
Unpleasant bathroom odor: There are occasional unpleasant smells coming from the bathroom drain.
Mosquitoes: We had to deal with mosquitoes inside the unit, which can be quite inconvenient.
Limited hanging space: No cabinets, and there are not enough clothes hangers and hanging racks for guests.
Dusty air conditioner: The air-conditioning unit appears to need proper cleaning and maintenance.
Reused slippers: The slippers provided appear to be previously used, which may be a concern for guests who prefer fresh or disposable ones.
Limited luggage storage: There is a designated area for luggage storage, but the space is quite small. Availability may also be on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unhelpful response to towel replacement requests: When we requested fresh towels, we were simply advised to wash and reuse the ones provided. This was disappointing, especially since we booked an eight-night stay. We travel to relax and enjoy our time exploring places, not to spend part of our vacation doing laundry. Fresh towels should be part of the basic service, particularly for longer stays.
Insufficient toiletries and lack of assistance: We requested a refill of body wash but were informed that no staff was available to attend to our request. We booked the unit for five people for eight nights, yet the body wash provided was less than half a bottle. Clearly, this was insufficient for the entire group and duration of our stay.
Unpleasant check-out experience: Although the official check-out time was 11:00AM, the cleaner told us "it's time to check-out" at around 10:45AM and seemed eager to enter the room before the designated time. This made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. A more courteous approach and respect for the official check-out schedule would have made the experience better.
