We booked this very last minute as our original booking would not allow us to check-in after 12 am (due to a flight delay). As a family of 4 we faced having nowhere to stay but this property was the only one that we could find that allowed the late check-in. We were very grateful for this and the property was very lovely and perfectly located.

we were a group of 7 woman who traveled together and the apartment just the right size for us as it has a spacious common area for us to chit chat and enjoy our food. It feels safe as to enter the gate and lift you need an access and without it you cant enter the premises.
The location was great. The staff was great, 1st group was arrived at around 11pm and the 2nd group was around 3am. The staff was very helpful and we all enter the premises safely and sound.
Everytime we asked for something for instance toilet paper, drinking water, additional bed sheet (as they forgot to add 1), the staff response was fast.

Location, spacious enough for a small family of 4 to 5 people, City View
low speed, Wifi, loud drilling sound (maybe of repair in adjecent unit), unresolved dispute of extra charges through booking.com, No early check-in facility (they r rigid on it).
I could get a much better property in a much cheaper price ... so bad luck for me this time...
$$$$
