Great stay, less than 10 minute walk to centre locations. But lots of good gems around the area

Poor contact and data leak.

The place was clean. All amenities necessary were all there. Enough of towels. There was additional bedclothing.

Don't recommend. One week before my arrival I received a message on What'sapp to validate 530EUR. They wrote I had 5 hours or they would cancel my reservation. I panicked, started the procedure on a website they sent me. The reservation had already been paid for in advance, thou. Turned out that it was scam, as I asked the host on booking app (because noone was answering on What'sapp) why they demand 530EUR again. Just before clicking "pay" after introducing CVC code of the card. They wrote it's SOMEBODY who personates the lessor. Sheeesh! I almost validated my credit card authorization hold. In fact it would not be returned as the lessor stated in his message somebody personates them, scams renters. Yes, they know about the problem and yet did not warn me instantly, to not trust messegaes from the number that contacted me on What'sapp. Del Parque informed me to not trust those scammers only after my request. So basicly my personal data leaked on their side. Either they have some malware on their electronical devices or a worker conducts SHADY DEALINGS with customers' data. Stay away from Del Parque Flats!

Zentral gelegen kann man sich nach Erkundungen in der Stadt dort sehr gut erholen. Wir haben super geschlafen, alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden! Können wir empfehlen. Wir möchten den wirklich umsichtigen Service hervorheben! Muchos Gracias❣️
