Smells clean when I arrived, owner is responsive when needed.
No aircon , no bidet , not enough pots and pans for cooking and cupboards are not very clean.

the location .. it is quite far from stores and the heart of the city and there were no complementary drinking water available :(

It was cozy and the handlers were very amiable.
1. LOCATION: It was not what's reflected on the booking.com map which was the primary reason for picking the place even for its higher price rate compared to others located nearer to Access Point where my exam was held. Had I known, I would have booked other places with prices more affordable than this place. I'm talking about roughly a thousand pesos or less.
2. NO CASH BACK CONSIDERATIONS: I know it was reflected prior to booking the place that it was a "nonrefundable transaction". However, as a guest with prior plans especially taking an exam at an early time the following day, I suffered from taking rides from the place to get to places to acquire essentials. Worse, I did not fully enjoy the place since I had to leave early and opted not to come back before noontime for check out since it would be a hassle on my part considering its location.
3. VENTILATION: The AC was only located in the living room. As someone who prefers goodnight sleep in a cool setting, it became a bit of a struggle for me. I almost slept in the living room myself.
4. COMFORT ROOM: It had a very unpleasant smell.
5. COMPLEMENTARIES: No water for guests. Simple essentials like water for guests is a must in my opinion.
