Location and suite set up is nice
They office people asked to scan a qR to send a text by wathsapp and said they will send information and I spent a day with out internet, and I do business online and I called and no one responded

Security had the room keys ready upon our arrival.
There is a day worth of coffee pods. It would have been nice to have an option to purchase more pods.

A lovely looking flat with spacious rooms and great furniture.
We were not given checkin instructions, left waiting for close to an hour on the road by the security guard. The only wifi info given was a QR code that didn’t work and again no one replied to requests for more info until after we had cheeked out the next day. After the stay I was told that I hadn't paid the flat which I had done in full over booking.com and was asked to pay again which I found scammy. Might have just been a mistake, but something that ought to be checked before contacting clients.
