Die Lage war idyllisch mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berggipfel, abends und am frühen Morgen grasten die Rehe auf den Wiesen um das Haus. Der freie Blick ins Tal war ebenso atemberaubend wie die Tatsache, dass man nur natürliche Geräusche hörte. Der Sternenhimmel beeindruckte besonders.
Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

This was truly one of the best vacation properties we’ve ever stayed at. The home itself is a perfect blend of contemporary comfort and historic charm—thoughtfully restored, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. It felt equally inviting on a rainy day, when we cozied up indoors, and on sunny afternoons, when we sat outside and soaked up the sunshine with a glass of excellent local wine. The view from the outdoor dining area is absolutely breathtaking, with a dramatic mountain backdrop and even a private waterfall in sight—it felt like something out of a dream. The location is remote and peaceful, with total privacy, but the owner lives nearby in a farmhouse and was wonderfully welcoming and helpful without ever being intrusive. Every detail of the stay—from the setting to the ambiance to the warmth of the hosts—was exceptional.
Honestly, the only downside was having to leave. It's the kind of place that makes you wish you lived closer so you could return more often. We loved everything about the stay and only wish we had more time there.
