Situation vraiment top ! Nombreux magasins aux alentours. Appartement les pieds dans l'eau. Ponton pour prendre le bateau jusqu'à Ajaccio à quelques mètres à peine.
Ménage à revoir (nombreuses toiles d'araignées et traces noires sur les murs).
