We demand an apology and a half refund because it wasn’t just it

😒😒

Bedbugs: all the beds were full of blood sucking bedbugs and we were all badly biten and we were lied to because it wasn’t mentioned and plus the balcony wasn’t useable at all it was a very unpleasant stay and not worth the money we paid It wasn’t tidy and the kitchen cloths were dirty and stinking plus they had stuff in the freezer leaving us with little to no space for stuff…….

We love the balcony, nice and cosy 🤩

No toilet paper 🧻🫣, the light in one bedroom didn’t work, there was no bedding for one person 😞, no bin 🗑️ inside the house, no soap or small shampoo(for a welcome).😟There was also poor internet and the sockets did not work(well most of them). We had a problem with finding the key boxes.☹️

Nichts

Der Aufenthalt entsprach in keiner Weise den zugesagten Standards. Drei von neun anwesenden Gästen berichteten von Bettwanzen, was ein erhebliches hygienisches und gesundheitliches Risiko darstellt. Das Apartment selbst war sehr unordentlich und deutlich verschmutzt. Besonders irritierend war, dass sich noch Gegenstände der Vormieter in der Spülmaschine befanden – ein klares Zeichen fehlender Endreinigung und mangelnder Qualitätskontrolle. In Summe entsteht der Eindruck eines nicht professionell geführten Objekts. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unter diesen Umständen nicht akzeptabel.

Das die Bettwäsche teilweise mit Blut war & wir der Meinung sind, dass die Matratzen mal getauscht werden sollten, ein Übernachtungsgast hatte mit Bettwanzen zu kämpfen.

Renovierungsarbeiten teilweise nicht fachmännisch durchgeführt ( Türen klemmen bzw. lassen sich kaum schließen, Steckdosen locker ) Fernsehgeräte hatten keinen Empfang bzw. ließen sich nicht umschalten Matratze sehr dünn
