- Location to Siti Khadijah Market & night market
- reasonably clean
- equipped with kitchen utensils making it easy to eat the food bought from the market
- no free parking as advertised. Paid parking started since 1 Aug 26 & the listing did not update about parking. Limited outdoor parking on weekend evening as location is near night market

Convenience place to stay; accessible & near to shopping malls AEON, KB Mall & parade etc. Basement parking provided for guest and also safe place to stay.
Cleanliness needs to be improved.
