The privacy, the pool, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen.
My family enjoyed many outdoor moments and meals. We made so many beautiful memories that we shall cherish for a long while.
It was good that they let us have our own chef onsite.
The flooring right at the front porch is a hazard and disaster waiting to happen especially when wet( it was raining).My kids slipped on there and fell so many times. We raised this with the manager Virginia.
The staff are quite intrusive and cold-ish.
They don’t really make an effort to make you feel wanted.
The manager (Virginia) would even come and chat with our chef about us instead of addressing us.
Also the way she executed the billing was so bullish. Like you don’t need to come waving a PDQ machine saying we have to pay right away now that we have checked in.
Mind you there is no notice on here or on the property that states payment is asap. It felt so distrusting and borderline harrassment.
The rule to clean every two nights should also be rethought especially where clientele include babies- a soiled diaper staying overnight is quite distasteful.

This is an amazing family location. We stayed with our 3 kids, and our stay exceeded our expectations. The facilities in the house are great, and the pool and garden are perfect. We ended up spending a few days where we never left the property. That's how good it was. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I the property is close to the beautiful Galu beach. Its about a 15 minute walk with kids. That was fine for us, but if you don't want to walk, you can easily get a tuktuk.

There is an access at the rear of the property. Which it appears staff use - so not 100% private.

La villa en apparence est très jolie, spacieuse et propre avec une piscine très agréable.
Malheureusement l’équipement intérieur laisse à désirer, les lits ne sont pas confortables et les équipements intérieurs dans leur globalité ne sont pas qualitatifs (notamment ustensiles de cuisine)
Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude de la semaine en raison du dysfonctionnement du bouton électrique et les vélos sont inutilisables, ce qui est dommage vu la localisation éloignée de la plage.
