We had a wonderful experience on our Nile cruise. The tours were excellent, and our tour guide, Mina, was truly outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and always went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience.
One thing that meant so much to our family was the way Mina supported our autistic son. Unfortunately, some of the museums did not have provisions or exemptions for children with disabilities, but Mina did everything he could to explain our son’s condition and advocate on our behalf. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to stand up for our family made a real difference, and we will always be grateful for his support.
The room was comfortable, although the air conditioning could have been better, especially during the hotter parts of the day.
The food was good overall. While there wasn’t a dedicated kids’ menu, the staff were always happy to prepare alternative meals for our son whenever we asked, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this Nile cruise. A special thank you to Mina for making our trip so memorable with his exceptional care, professionalism, and genuine kindness.

La crociera è un'ottima soluzione per vedere le principali attrazioni di assuan e di luxor in poco tempo. Inoltre, navigare sul nilo è davvero un'esperienza bellissima.
La crociera su cui eravamo era pulita e lo staff molto genitle, soprattutto il cuoco mustafa.
Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Il cibo è molto "turistico", tanti piatti internazionali e pochi piatti egiziani. Nel complesso però abbiamo sempre mangiato bene. Le bevande si pagano a parte, consiglio di comprare l'acqua fuori dalla nave perché costa meno.
Le guide sono state tutte simpatiche e preparate e ci hanno offerto sempre una spiegazione molto accurata dei luoghi che visitavamo
Il mio voto è una media tra la crociera (8) e l'esperienza prima della crociera (4).
Appena arrivati abbiamo fatto il check in una nave nuova e moderna, con arredi molto simili alle foto che si trovano su booking.com. Appena un'ora dopo il nostro check-in, il nostro coordinatore, Mina, ci propone di cambiare nave perché sostiene di essere riuscito a negoziare una sistemazione in una nave molto più bella di quella dove eravamo. Ci fidiamo e accettiamo per poi scoprire, nostro malgrado, che la nuova nave non solo aveva arredi molto più vecchi e parti comuni meno curate, ma anche camere più piccole! Insomma, una fregatura in piena regola. Purtroppo non avevamo più tempo per tornare indietro in quanto il primo tour stava per iniziare, e quindi ci siamo dovuti adeguare.
Parlando con le altre persone del nostro gruppo, ci hanno riferito che a loro non era stato fatto fare neanche il check in nella prima nave con la scusa che le loro camere erano sopra al motore della nave. E ovviamente anche a loro erano state promesse sistemazioni migliori.
Insomma, non proprio un bell'inizio. Per fortuna la crociera si è rilevata molto bella!
