The suite is spacious with a great modern design.
It is very comfortable and great for long stays.
Staff members are very friendly and welcoming.
Complimentary snacks and beverages are available 24/7.
The location is very good it takes you a 10 min walk to kyoto station.
Laundry machines needs an upgrade.

Very large room, nice selection of free snacks, cereals and beverages.
A little hard to find, Google Maps had us on the other side (back) of the building.

Modern feel
Sofa not comfortable and not facing the window
Smell upon arrival which stayed
Dust everywhere. Bathroom very clean but dust in living room.
Pictures misleading as we were expecting more windows.
