知床、別海、屈斜路湖、阿寒湖、摩周湖、津別を回るためのロケーションとして最適であった。ラウンジで温泉入浴後フリードリンクを楽しめた。オールインクルーシブでのバイキングも内容、質とも十分であった。外国人団体客がいなかったので静寂であった。

飲み物を無料で提供されていてとても良かったと思います。
前回は本館に泊まらせていただきました。
古くはありましたが、お風呂の雰囲気がとても良く再度宿泊したかったのですが、
残念ながら閉館となっており、すいかずらに泊まることになりました。お風呂は圧倒的に本館の方が良かったです。お湯は一緒なのですがね。

お部屋も素敵で料理が美味しかった
お風呂がもう少しきれいだとなおいい。椅子に垢が付いていてザラザラだったのと露天風呂の中に枯葉がたくさん沈んでいた。

The best thing about the hotel was the proximity to Mount Io and Lake MASHU Observatory to visit and experience this spewing volcano really quite close up. There was a nice room that overlooked a lit garden . WE went to 2 other hotels in the resort before finding the right one.
The hotel was dark and not very welcoming. We hadn't booked dinner so went into the small high street no where was serving food at 7.15pm and again quite unfriendly saying they were full when they weren't and that they had run out of food. Breakfast was plentiful but not very nice everything seemed to be covered in a gelatinous cover. So we checked out and didn't return for a second night.
