rooms were really comfortable as we were really tied and wanted some slumber, breakfast and chai (tea) taste was good
pick up was arranged quickly after the call was picked.
our bus arrived at 3am and the number mentioned here took like 3 tries to pick up the call, their service gets sluggy midnight.

the pick up from the bus terminal which is free was very much on time, there was no delay as I called the reception they managed the car within 2 minutes in the middle of night around 3am, my room was very neat and clean and they breakfast was very good. next day drop off was on time there were no delays they called the driver 5 min early then the time which I told them, it was a really great and a very professional experience with them, not a 5 star hotel but the service they provided were very professional the owner was very humble and down to earth person and really hard working and professional.
