O local é perfeito. Condomínio bom com piscina limpa e boa; praia pertinho e muito linda; mercado, padaria e pizzaria relativamente perto, local silencioso e excelente para descanso. Bem próximo do centro de Ilhéus.

O apartamento é bom, mas precisa de reparos e substituição de móveis e Eletrodomésticos: . Ar condicionado suor barulhento no quarto 1 . Sem ar condicionado no quarto 2 . Chuveiro fraco e esquentando muito e dando choque . Tomadas precisando de revisão . Sofá cama não abra . Tv não tem antena . Fogão velho e fogo baixo . Micro-ondas antigo e não esquenta direito . Cifrão vazando na cozinha O anfitrião é atencioso e educado,mas precisa cuidar melhor do imóvel.
