Location of property was perfect for getting around the monuments, cafes, supermarket, public transport and taxis. The facilities are 100%. The communication was excellent from property management throughout my stay.
Noise carried from apartment above mine 2 days into a peaceful stay. Difficult to sleep. Maybe owners can advise other guests to keep the noise down. This was the only issue.

The location is OK, the nearby Casa Pilatos is worth visiting. There is a nice cafe down the street.
The apartment is not "luxury". It was quite run down and didn't have any of the little touches that make a place comfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the shower drain, we resorted to filling a zip lock bag with water to cover the drain when we were not using the shower to block the stink. We found the bed to be extremely firm and there was only one uncomfortable pillow each. The room was very bright at night and we didn't sleep well. Access to the room was very narrow from the lift. There was also construction across the road that was unfortunately very loud and dirty.
