Overall, a very disappointing stay

There was toys and family things out outdoors for the children and ping pong table along with a nice kids park which I found all thoughtful but the park is very worn.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid €197 for one night, with check-in after 4:00 pm. The listing stated check-out was at 11:00 am, but at 8:00 pm we received a message saying we had to check out before 10:00 am, which was very unprofessional. Although the property offered self check-in, someone knocked on our door while we were still settling in to take our ID documents and ask for the €5 baby cot fee, even though I had already confirmed three times by message that I would pay it at reception. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. We found blonde hairs in the shower, on the bed, in the kitchen drawers and on the kitchen towels, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid. Future guests should also be aware that the apartment offers very little privacy, as the windows face directly towards neighbouring properties. Overall, the communication, cleanliness and service did not reflect the price we paid, and we expected a much better experience.

Sent host a whatsapp and by the time I got a reply I have self checked out. Asked the woman in the office about the laundry and the response I got was just so negative
