Perfect for a short stay over the holidays with the family. Very functional, good location and well presented.
It is unremarkable - not a cute cottage or a lovely view. But we knew that and booked because of facilities and location - which were great.

Location was good and close to bus stops to get into the city centre.
Bedrooms and bedding were lovely and comfortable.
Size of the house was perfect for three friends away for the weekend.With two bathrooms and spacious kitchen and sitting area downstairs.
Small garden which we did not use.
Neighbour complaining and banging on the window when the tv was on a low volume before 10pm. Dread to think what it would have been like if we had loud music playing!
The tv needs replacing, it's on it's last legs colour is faded and has lines going across the screen. Which was a big let down. Hopefully this will be replaced for future guests
Ant problem in the kitchen when we left food on the counter briefly.
