The reception and staff were all nice, polite and quick to help always. They speak fluent English which is really amazing. The location is about a few minutes only to Malin Plaza and nearby convenience stores like Tops and 7-Eleven. Beach is just 700 meters to walk and you can always walk around the area or location of the hotel safely. Amazing stay with all their staff lovely smiles. Overall, I enjoyed staying this hotel because it feels home. I will definitely come back again.

The staff are really nice and friendly, always happy to help with anything .
The hotel is right on a busy main road, so crossing to the other side can be tricky because there’s no proper sidewalk and lots of traffic. But luckily my family room didn’t face the street, so it was quiet inside, no noise issues at all.
The room itself (family room 204)is quite old and needs some care. The bathroom tap wobbles a lot, the toilet seat isn’t properly attached, one of the showers doesn’t work, and the tiles look like they’ve been painted over in grey (wnot in a nice way). The air conditioning has a fishy/mouldy smell, which isn’t great. The balcony only looks out at some big water tanks – no real view. One time during my stay there was no water for a while too.Also, I had to chase away cockroaches twice in the room, which wasn’t very pleasant.
For the price and being listed as three stars, it felt a bit disappointing – the photos on Booking.com look much better than reality. A few simple fixes could make a big difference, but they haven’t been done.
