We two Spanish and a French traveller and had a great stay in Bishkek and genuinely loved the flat :-) Communications and check in was super easy even if we arrived very late. We briefly met the landlady who was really super sweet and gave us extra keys as we were three travellers. We loved the soviet style building and the flat is truly clean and very comfortable. We really appreciated having a kitchen to sit down for morning coffee. The beds were comfortable and the shower was warm with good pressure. It is actually quite large. But best really is the location. The area is very pleasant and calm. We found a very nice place to have breakfast nearby which we went to each day in the end :-) It is then possible to walk very rapidly to the centre of town. Really the location was perfect for us. Thank you so much to our landlady. We will absolutely stay again if we visit the city another time.
Nothing negative for us.

One of the two mattresses was really bad

All good. Big apartment with two separate bedrooms. Great location in the city center.
5th floor, so be prepared to walk up with heavy luggage — there is no elevator
