Location great...disappointing follow up on maintenance and repairs.

Location was great, with secure parking. Most amenities were good.

Had to request maintenance to be done, it appears this not been regularly maintained. Made several requests to have someone to attend to the air-conditioning (3units), as NONE were working. Therefore our unit was very cold, being in May, found this uncomfortable being in our 70's. Our stay was for 2 weeks visiting our daughter and family. We had NO response to this issue. Extremely disappointing

The property had a wonderful outlook. The neighbours were friendly, and the property was very quiet. Watching the sunset from the deck was wonderful with an uninterupted view of the beach. The property was very comfortable and a pelasure to stay at.
