Lokasi strategik, keadaan rumah bersih dan selesa, kemudahan seperti TV, peti sejuk, mesin basuh, dapur, seterika, pengering rambut disediakan. Tingkat bawah ada Setapak Central, kedai makan sangat banyak hanya jalan kaki je sampai. Owner sangat baik dan membantu. Very recommended.
Pass key problem. Setiap kali nak naik ke level 3A, failed, the barrier can't open. Setiap Kali jadi, no guard around. Kena pusing² dan melalui beberapa barrier. Ada yg mudah dan ada yg susah nak buka guna pass key. Dah komplen dengan guard dan owner tapi masih sama. Paling tak best, lepas hantar kunci dalam post box, nak turun palang tak buka. Kereta dah queue. Terpaksalah scan dan bayar guna TnG.., bayar parking untuk 3h 2m menginap di situ. Guard pun tak muncul.

Good location and the security guards are friendly and willing to help when encounter the parking issue.
Provided parking lot occupied by unknown car. Quite troublesome to collect and return the access card/key. Require to provide the scanned identity document is a big turn off. Extra MYR 200 security deposit is another big turn off.
