The area is lovely, the beach is beautiful, and the people in Agios Gordios are friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the location and atmosphere,
The accommodation itself is very basic. There is some space to hang clothes, but not nearly enough for longer stays, and there is no wardrobe or proper storage anywhere — not in the bedroom, bathroom, or living area. There are large empty spaces that could easily fit shelves or cabinets, so the lack of storage feels unnecessary.
The pillows were extremely firm, to the point of being uncomfortable. I often woke up with neck pain and eventually chose to sleep without one. This might be an issue for guests who need softer pillows for proper rest.
The kitchen is minimally equipped. It’s fine for making a simple breakfast for two, but not much more. For couples who mostly eat out, it’s workable, but anyone planning to cook regularly will find it limited.
The jacuzzi was enjoyable in the evenings and gives a lovely romantic atmosphere on the balcony. However, it didn’t feel perfectly clean — small particles from the plastic headrest were floating in the water.
The bathroom was the biggest issue.
There is almost no water pressure, and the drainage system has a serious problem:
water flows back up from the floor drain not only after showering,
but also if two people use the shower one after another,
or even if you simply use the sink tap for a bit longer,
or if two people use the sink back‑to‑back.
This causes the floor to flood and brings a strong canal smell, which is unpleasant and not very safe. Many reviews mention this problem, and unfortunately, we experienced the same.
The AC also leaked constantly, leaving the balcony wet and slippery. We reported it, but nobody came to fix it.
The Wi‑Fi is very unreliable. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it’s laggy or offline. Mobile service in the area is also very weak, so having stable Wi‑Fi would make a big difference — especially on days when you just want to relax at the accommodation.
They also advertise free bakery, but this is not available after peak season, so guests should be aware of that.

Dobra lokalizacja z pięknym widokiem z balkonu na pobliskie wzgórza. Miła obsługa. Apartament czysty, często sprzątany. Super relaks w jacuzzi na małym tarasie. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe.
Wadą było skromne wyposażenie kuchni (brakowało wielu rzeczy, między innymi noża kuchennego, rondla lub małego garnka). Ugotowanie obiadu było niemożliwe, a czasem mieliśmy problem z przygotowaniem śniadań.
Minusem był także niemiły zapach wydobywający się z łazienki, a także często napotykane mrówki w pomieszczeniach.

Water in Jacuzzi smelled and there was a water issue in the bathroom that made the dirty water come up the drain.
