The interior design is colourful with plenty of attractive artworks. Shelves hold books in various languages and decorative trinkets. The kitchen was fantastic with huge fridge freezer and speedy hot plates. The bed was very comfortable and aircon was fantastic. I felt truly sorry to leave! Staff were truly excellent: storing my luggage all day before I checked in was a lifesaver. Thanks team!
Being so near the tram is fantastic but it was lucky I had earplugs as sleeping could be tricky (no double glazing). Shower took a while to heat and cut out on my first night; perhaps I took too long?
It was very expensive to book at the last minute in summer, but once there, I was delighted with my choice.

the apartment is nicely equipped, has everything you need (like hair dryer, iron, microwave, big fridge), matches the pictures, in a good location near the center and it met our expectations
the apartment is in the street where the tram passes, which is good for exploring the city, but at the same time it is noisy at night

The apartment is in a great location. You can walk to Florence train station in about 5 minutes. We used the apartment as a base for our sightseeing trips to Pisa and Cinque Terre.
The apartment is very spacious and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and spices. I was able to cook for my 2-year-old daughter. It gave me a warm, comfortable feeling, like being at home.
The apartment also has a mechanical piano, a pleasant surprise.

The apartment was clean
Wide angle photos can be very deceiving. Also on the site they show a ton of photos, but only a few apply to the apartment itself, all others must be for other apartments in the building, so again, deceiving. The place is on a street that has a tram below, which in Florence, never takes a break, this means 3am noise. The location just on the edge of old city, meant we walked quite a bit to get to the center, the noisy tram only getting us to the nearby train station, and then turning away from the center. All in all I would have liked to know all of this beforehand, the reason why I write it here.
