The apartment was the perfect size for two people, with good working air conditioning, in an excellent location, just a short walk to the town centre and only a couple hundred metres from a supermarket.
We were very disappointed with the communication from the owners/company. We had organised our check in time in advance, and walked to collect the keys on arrival. Following walking back to our accomodation, the keys would not open the main door from outside to access the apartment block, we tried many many attempts but could not open it, thinking we must have been given the wrong keys. We messaged the owner on booking.com and called on WhatsApp, with one response following 10-15 min confirming we are at the correct apartment, but then no response for another hour. We were sitting on the side of the street in 42 degree heat… not impressed. Eventually following many more messages from myself we had someone responding to us to help us access the apartment. We had to have one person pull their entire body weight on the door and then the other person keep trying to turn the key in the lock and eventually got it. 1.5 hours after arrival we were able to access the apartment. Each time on return to our apartment during our stay we continued to have difficulties getting the door to open - the owners said due to the metal expanding from the heat.

The keys have to be picked up in about 30mins walk from the place.

świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie można dojść pieszo, doskonale wyposażone, nie czego nam
nie brakowało, bardzo czyste, dla dwóch osób w sam raz.

La ubicación era buena
Tuvimos que ir a recoger las llaves a unas oficinas del apartamento andando y desde allí otros 25 minutos hasta el apartamento!, no entiendo hoy en día, pueden organizarlo con cajas guarda llaves con código, la cama hacía ruido y el colchón malísimo !! Además se escucha mucho ruido de los vecinos!!
