Spacious apartment for 4 guests in a Hausmannien building – 2 bedrooms – 3rd floor (US 4th ) with elevator / lift
The entrance hall gives access to the living space that welcome:
– Desk space with excellent internet connexion.
– Living room with 1 sofas, 2 armchairs, a low table, TVHD, satellite access.
– Dining room that will seat four people.
A large kitchen, features a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a four burner stovetop, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle…. and all items for cooking.
Then a corridor gives access to 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and separate toilets:
– Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed with dressing room.
– Bedroom 2 bed offers a queen size bed or 2 single beds.
– A first bathroom with a bathtub / shower, bathroom sinks, laundry space with washer and dryer.
– One separate toilet / WC.
– Completely soundproof apartment with double-paned windows.
Bright and easy living apartment, located in the historical heart of Paris, close to many highlights such as Republique square, Canal Saint Martin, Place des Vosges, Ile Saint Louis.
Arrival fee could be required on week days and also on saturdays and sundays.

Our host, Louis, was wonderful! He met us at the apt. Made sure we knew everything about it. Also, he guided us around the neighborhood and pointed out all his favorite cafes, sweet shops, bakeries, groceries, etc! We successfully tried many! The tubrigo apartment was very clean & well equipped with a lovely kitchen & laundry, spacious living & dining rooms, comfortable bedrooms. It was a delight to return everyday to the light & quiet space. My daughter & I enjoyed our visit very much and will be back!! Thank you Louis!

My Granddaughter and I just returned from our stay at Turbigo. We loved the apartment… it was spacious and comfortable. It was architecturally lovely in the main living space. Louis is an excellent and responsive communicator. We never had cause to worry about details falling through cracks. He set us up with an excellent car service for airport transport and he took the time to walk us through the neighborhood and point out a number of businesses and shops that we returned to during our stay. The neighborhood had numerous transportation options. I had not used the Metro in previous trips to Marais/Paris but the close proximity to Republique gave us so many destination options that we used it daily. The only downside was that our trip ended a day earlier than we had hoped.Great apartment space and location!

Louis was so helpful, we knew where to go for supplies, how to get around. Apartment is beautiful and everything works! We had a great time and Louis made us feel at home. And where to go for chocolates!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay in this gem of an apartment in Paris. The location and neighborhood really cannot be beat - one of the best in Paris. You have everything you need right at your doorstep, including a grocery store, two Metro stops, and endless restaurants. The apartment itself is clean, roomy, and comfortable. And the hosts, Louis and Paulo, couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful. Overall, we had an excellent and memorable experience and won’t hesitate to recommend this apartment.
