About this house rental
Enjoy the lake with a private dock at this updated luxury waterfront home at Lake Arrowhead! Enjoy your morning coffee out on the dock or around the fire pit! There is also a hot tub for those cool fall evenings. This is an updated home on the lake with a screened in deck out back and a fire pit area that leads to the private dock. During the day, you can rent a boat on the lake, play tennis, swim in the community pool or arrange to be taken on an amazing tour of our award winning local wineries. Lake Arrowhead also has some of the best Pickleball Court setups in North Georgia! At night, you can cook a great family meal in the full kitchen, or visit the Country Club for dinner! With our Smart TVs, you can log on to all of your streaming services and have a movie marathon. Deer roam the area frequently so be sure to have your camera ready!
With our kayaks you can enjoy the lake however your heart desires!

The only hiccup was the check-in process. The front gate told us they had no record of the rental, so we had to get that sorted out. Apparently it's a common issue with rental management companies. Everything else was great.

This is a great property. Plenty of space inside and out. Lots of sleep space, we surprisingly had plenty of room to spare.
Main level deck was incredible. Screened in, full size dining table and 2 couches... plenty of seating space and a giant TV.
Firepit, grill, docks, hot tub, kayaks... lots of outdoor room and options too.
Very versatile property that's well appointed. A comfortable retreat worthy of your next adventure.

From start to finish the communication was great. The house was clean, well stocked, and an overall we had a very peaceful vacation. The outside living space/hang out space was our absolute favorite. We hung out on the screened in patio every day for hours. Doing puzzles, eating meals, enjoying nature. Our kiddos enjoyed fishing off the dock, although we didn’t catch any big fish we enjoyed catching and releasing the littles. Mostly brim and one small bass. The kids also found turtles hiding in the rocks. The hot tub was a nice relaxing hangout for the kids and adults. The path is lit up very well for night fishing or just hanging out on the dock. Things to note: make sure you don’t forget any food because once you get to the house you won’t want to leave. The parking was great for us because we only had two cars but if you had more than that it could be challenging to park one further away if you would need to go get it daily for anything. Grab firewood on the way in for the fire pit and live bait to fish!Communication with the management company was seamless. They were quick to communicate and answer any questions. I would highly recommend this lake house getaway!
