What an absolute gem of a house in a wonderful location. We were 30 minutes to downtown Boston by car and the bus to the train depot was only a few hundred yards from the house. We took the train into Boston and it was an easy way to get downtown. The view from the back deck was stunning as you could see Boston across the bay all lit up at night and it was beautiful. The house was new and very large but comfortable. The furnishings were all top notch and the master bathroom was off the charts wonderful. My wife loved the heated floors in the master bath! This was such a wonderful experience and it was in December! I can't imagine how wonderful it is in the summer. Quincy was a wonderful town and the locals were very welcoming and quick to provide suggestions. We will stay here everytime we are in the area as I can't imagine finding a better place to stay considering the location, house and area!

We enjoyed a fun thanksgiving week in the house with a great view of Boston across Quincy Bay. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms were comfortable, and the gas fireplace provided warmth on cold days. Plenty of toys if you bring kids and amenities for enjoying the outdoors, and a beach to explore at the bottom of the stairs! Would certainly come back.

Our arrival was smooth sailing with clear instructions and easy entry. The home is impeccable with so many upgrades. Spacious with beautiful views. Our host went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed with clear home instructions. It is absolutely perfect for a family with small children. Beautifully decorated and wonderful to cook meals for a large group.Great linens. Quiet beachfront location with a park on the top of the peninsula walking distance. We had a great time looking for shells and sitting by the fire pit. Our family consists of myself, spouse, our 6 kids ages 23-16 and my mom in law. Pls note 2 of the bedrooms upstairs with twin beds are for young children. The beds are very low to the ground and a bit small for our “adult size” children. We had an amazing stay overall. 5 stars ⭐️

When we arrived at the home it immediately exceeded our expectations. The pictures simply can't do the view justice. The decor is beautiful. The master and master bath are straight out of an HGTV show. The kitchen and living area are amazing. And then there's all the thoughtful little touches like board games and toys and binoculars. The host's clearly paid attention to detail & didn't want to just create a rental, but a home. The location is fabulous. You feel like you're away from it all as the location is a corner lot on a waterfront road that only has a few other homes on it. It was perfectly quiet as we sat out on the back porch for dinner each night and then hopped in the hot tub and enjoyed the stars and the view of the Boston skyline. Our girls loved looking for shells and skipping rocks on the beach. We took the canoe out several times and had a blast paddling around. We built a fire in the fire pit and had smores. Nut Island is also a short walk and we walked the loop around it several times enjoying the stunning views and beautiful flowers. Even as it feels so secluded it's a quick drive into Boston or you can drive and take the T to avoid traffic. We also drove to the Hingham ferry terminal one day and took the ferry into Boston which our girls got a kick out of. Quincy itself has some great restaurants and stores and if you head South you aren't far from Plymouth and the Cape. What can I say other than stop thinking and just book it. You won't regret it.
