Two larger similar-sized bedrooms w/queen beds, one smaller w/bunk bed. Sofabed in living room. Two full baths. Separate laundry area w/washer & dryer. All utilities included (heat, hot water, electric, internet, trash & sewer). Rear deck & small backyard. Two parking spaces. Less than a 10-minute walk to Nantasket & Gunrock Beaches. Nearby restaurants, coffee shop, package store, 'main strip', etc. Easy access to Rt. 3A. Minutes to Nantasket & Cohasset commuter train stations as well as Hingham & Hull ferries (all w/access to downtown Boston). Total sleeping setup for up to 8 people: Two queen size beds, bunk bed & pullout sofa. Indoor space includes three bedrooms, two full baths, a dining area, full kitchen & laundry area. The first and second bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the third has a bunkbed setup. Outside space features a small back yard, deck w/ furniture, grill and propane tank will be provided for guests' use (please note, we do not monitor fuel status). Hull is very strict regarding parking townwide, so please read all signs when before parking. Paid town/state parking lots are available at multiple beach lots if you driving car to beach is necessary (no overnight parking allowed). ***Please note, depending on season/time of year amenities may not be available or stored away (i.e. grill, deck furniture, water hose, a/c's, etc.)*** If you have any specific questions, please feel free to reach out and I'll respond asap!
