安い、広い、綺麗でした。 洗濯機、浴室乾燥がついていたのが大変ありがたかった。シャワーの水圧が強い。
YouTubeが見れた。会場から近い。風呂トイレ別でお風呂も広い。スタッフの方の対応が早くて良かった。
荷物預かりがなかったところ。チェックインが遅いところ。入室が分かりにくい。2泊なのにタオル類が1日分しかなかった。スリッパが見当たらなかった。

The hotel was excellent in their communications, the automated check-in & checkout process was easy & the location was the best, especially in relation to public transport options (3 train stations within a 10 minute walk) & very close to the Osaka Castle, great cheap supermarkets nearby & its location to the Tenjin Festival. The room was big, (an entire unit), it had everything & it was very comfortable.
The map coordinates that they sent me was actually incorrect. Google Maps had its location accurate. The entry to the hotel is on the canal side. The hotel has 2 street frontages so we spent some frustrating time, late at night, trying to access the property from the wrong side.
