Breakfast not included very good location close to Dunsborough and plenty of wineries and natural sites
The coffee machine struggled - lack of water through put. We couldn’t light the barbecue - it actually was dangerous - the bed a tad on the small size consider a larger TV for lounge

Modern & comfortable villa in a fantastic location that’s close to town
As the villas are on Caves Road it’s not possible to walk to town despite its close proximity. This did not bother us at all but may be a consideration for others
