The lodge was spotless, the area was beautiful-so peaceful & quiet. Bed was comfy.
Great location too
Only negative was that the bistro was closed for food which was a shame as only opens from Thursdays.

It had everything we needed. The hot tub was a lovely bonus.
In calm quiet surroundings.
The property smelled slightly of urine :(
It was not pleasant.
It was quite a hassle we had to bring pillow and bedding for the bunk beds.
Also the shower would be best places at the rear of the bathroom or have a curtain to prevent the water spraying everywhere.
It’s a shame no wildlife likes the pond/ lake. What a shame to have such a large pool of water and no wildlife can use it.

The location was unbelievable and the actual cabins were a lot bigger than I was anticipating. Was just perfect accommodation.

Hot tub and location of the accommodation was lovely and quiet. Enough space for a few days away.
The pool was enjoyable to have to ourselves on our booked time.
Food in the bistro was lovely and filling. Although we arrived the first day despite booking that the chefs weren't in yet... But food still came quickly and was very tasty.
Arrived and the bed for my child wasn't made. The sheet on the bed was dirty and had jumping insect / bugs on the sheet. We called the emergency number and someone came within ten minutes. No apology given for lack of bedding and made us feel the insect issue was an 'us' problem.
Could do with a toaster in the room for a quick breakfast.
No information on booking in from booking.com or in reception area. So guessed 'the room was open' which it was luckily.
The flooring in the swimming pool starting to come away so digs into your feet and the ladder into the pool is loose so is dangerous.
