Great Location.
I specifically booked this Hotel in Sanur because it looked like it had a lovely swimming pool and the Hotel advertised and showed photos of a nice Swimming pool. I booked the Hotel for two (2) lovely Balinese friends as a thank you who were really looking forward to enjoying a nice swim in a nice pool as a luxury. When my aBalinese friends tried to take a swim in the Hotel pool they were advised by very rude Hotel staff that the pool was a private pool and NOT for guest!

El personal es amable y el edificio es bonito. Desayuno correcto.
Las habitaciones dan a un patio donde hay un restaurante, y se oye absolutamente todo. Incluso cuando cierran el restaurante, se siguen oyendo ruidos del personal que sigue trabajando.
La habitación tenía mucha humedad. La limpieza podría mejorar.
