Very good location, just a short walk away from many good food place. Easy check in and friendly hosts. Charming shophouse
Not much.

Spacious and nice decor
The flooring is better suited for outdoor instead of indoor. It feels gritty.

Good location and traditional features. Efficient AirCon. Spacious
Could do with a little smarting up - paint stains by on shower screen and broken floor tile. The wiring in the switch of a bedside lamp was loose so lamp flickered on and off. Beaker in bathroom was very dirty as were socket tops.

The location is great and the space is a lovely heritage home. Enough space to work in. Communicative hosts.
I was lucky that there was no one staying upstairs above me as the noise would have been a lot.
My main concern was the lack of security. There is a common door to an upstairs listing and there is just a padlock on the iron gate and the wooden door does not fully close but the back door is worse as it is just a wooden door with wooden latches and no key or lock, and opens into a noisy parking lot.
More attention can be paid to cleanliness as there was dust on several surfaces. Bedsheet on bed was put on inside out. They also were not able to provide a thin bedsheet as I cannot use the airconditioning all night.
