The cleanliness, airy ness - the natural light. It was quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure brilliant. It was a delight

It was only a short walk to the front. They left a comfy bed for my greyhound to lie on outside.
I noticed a light out the back but it didn't work, which would have been handy to keep an eye on my dog when it went dark & shower a little on the small side.

The location is great, it’s simple and clean.
The backyard isn’t secure for dogs.
The side gate is just a thin piece of lattice and the other gate is flimsy and low. Little dogs could get out and any bigger dog could jump over pretty easily.
The beds are all very firm.
