Eine stilvoll eingerichtete, zentral, aber zugleich ruhig gelegene Wohnung. Wir haben sie sehr sauber vorgefunden und mit allem Zubehör, was man benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin klappte zumindest schriftlich recht gut.
Gewisse Abstriche sind aufgrund des hohen Mietpreises jedoch anzumerken. Das Wasser in der Dusche und im Waschbecken des großen Bades fließt nicht gut ab.
Einige Fensterläden darf man wegen größeren Sanierungsbedarfes nicht öffnen. An der Wohnungstür darf man einen bestimmten Hebel nicht benutzen, ansonsten lässt sich die Tür nur noch schwer öffnen
Der Kühlschrank war so vereist, dass das Eisfach nicht mehr zuging.
Alles im allem Mängel, auf die man sich einstellen kann, aber man würde schon erwarten, dass auch der Eigentümer ein Interesse hätte, diese abzustellen.

Centralissimo dentro le mura a cinque minuti da P.zza Napoleone. Grande appartamento accessoriato di tutto con stanze da letto climatizzate e una cucina grande e ben organizzata. Perfetto per un soggiorno in famiglia a Lucca.

We were very pleasantly surprised at such great accommodation we were for ladies ,so bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal . We didnt use the cooking facilities as we were there for nights so wanted to eat out ,but kitchen had everything should you want too .
Nothing really ,it was a lovely spacious apartment, just round the corner from one of the main piazzas ,but very quiet.
