Ce fut notre meilleur logement en Arménie. Il y a une piscine, un jaccuzi et un sauna. Le sauna marche au feu de bois et il y’a un seau d’eau qui se retourne dans la salle à côté pour se rafraîchir. La terrasse est superbe, très spacieuse et donne sur la rivière. La maison aussi est très spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Enfin l’hôte est gentil et disponible en cas de besoin. - Excellent location with a river running behind the house. The jacuzzi and pool along with the barbecue and dining area facing the water. It’s just amazing.
- Comfortable stay for 8 people in a spacious fully equipped 2 story family house.
- The house is very clean and if you miss anything, the owner will provide it immediately as he lives a couple of houses down the street.
- We would strongly recommend this place to a family that cherishes its privacy. This was the best place we stayed at in all Armenia.
- Thank you Ruben for being so helpful and kind, we would definitely stay at N57 if we visit Dilijan again.

- The interior design of the house is beautiful and luxurious.
- The place is very peaceful and quiet.
- The house is located right by the river, and it is wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the water.
- There is a sauna and a jacuzzi.
- There is a large gazebo and a barbecue area.
- Tsiran supermarket is about a 10-minute walk away.
- The Central Park is around 7 minutes away by taxi.
- Lake Parz is around 20 minutes away by taxi.
- Haghartsin Monastery is around 20 minutes away by taxi.
