First of all the he host was amazing. He communicated well and accommodated my early arrival which was a real help.
He gave me recommendations for restaurants and walks, and a little history/geography talk which i appreciated as I visited the places.
That's priceless.
I ended up having the whole place to myself which was fantastic.
However, had there been any other guests, it would have been perfect any ways.
The kitchen and lounge areas are spacious for all to have comfort.
The location is close to the central area in Pescia.
Close to grocery and walks.
No disadvantages to being in a residential area.
I would definitely use this place again and recommend to my friends.
A note to help prepapre others who come to italy: always make sure to have some cash for the tax, I stayed in 4 places altogether and you need the cash to leave in to property.
These are small amounts, from €1/night, but they must be paid in cash.
