Super amazing location
Uncomfortable warm inside

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, and located in an excellent area of the city.
1. Management: We could not use the TV during our stay because of access problems and the need to update the app. With an effective communication channel with the management team or on-site support, the problem could have been solved in just a 5–10 minute video call.
2. Maintenance: Early in the morning, on the second-to-last day of our stay, we noticed that a rat had eaten the sweets left on the dining table. When we checked the remains, we found a hair, which led us to believe that it was a rat.
3. Neighbors: The upstairs neighbor was very noisy. Every night, we were unexpectedly woken up by noise caused by the neighbor’s movements. This significantly affected the quality of our sleep.
4. Management: The apartment was very cold and had no heating system or portable heaters. When we contacted the management team, the only solution they offered was extra blankets. Obviously, blankets do not warm up the cold air inside the apartment. As a result, I developed throat problems, which I believe were caused by the very cold indoor air.
