Good location.
Property was nice and warm and quiet considering it was in the centre of town.
Comfortable clean beds.
Kitchen was really well equipped.
Property was in need of a bit of TLC
It looked tired and worn.
It looked clean on the surface but lots of dust on skirting boards and in cupboards.
Some of the taps were a bit wobbly.

Great sized property, great location, beds comfortable, clean towels provided, bubble bath was fab, loved the used of the log fire.
Kitchen needs a thorough clean, we had to clean it before being able to sit on the stools and use the kitchen table.

The property was clean, plenty of towels, bedding also kitchen appliances and utilities were good.
The location was good for us with lot's of shops within walking distance, train station only a short drive from the property.
Entrance to property, the outside steps in need of tidy up, wooden handrails need repair/replacement (risk of splinters due to worn broken wood) an outside light would be beneficial when entering/exiting after dark.
Bathroom on first floor needs shower door fixing it was hanging off the runner, the bin in the kitchen had a broken lid, needs replacing and we experienced issues with the TV and Freesat remote controls not working (we had to buy new batteries).
There are only two showers in the property and one is an ensuite situated in the top floor bedroom.
