Ideal location on edge of city centre . Perfect for Edgbaston tests also for venues in city centre only 20 min walk . Bedrooms laid out well. Plenty of space in kitchen and all plates and cooking utensil’s there .
Could do with more sofa space if 6 people staying

We stayed one night and it was perfect location after meeting some friends for a day out in Birmingham, not far to walk. It was clean and has everything we needed.

Great location & excellent value for money!
We had a wonderful 5-night stay here and would definitely return!
Here are a few highlights from our stay:
* Location: Super convenient! It’s only a 15–20 minute walk to the city centre, Bullring, and Chinatown, making it very easy to get around.
* Parking & Check-in: Parking was smooth. We were able to unload our luggage right outside the front door first. Following the host’s clear instructions, we found a street parking spot just a 1-minute walk away.
* Host: The host was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
* Amenities: The kitchen and laundry facilities were great. The washing machine, dishwasher, and oven all worked perfectly, which allowed us to comfortably cook a couple of meals during our stay.
The only minor downside was that the shower water pressure/flow was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from an overall great experience.

Location was fine but was not a 4 bed property as explained
The bathroom taps couldn't control the water on the first floor, loft room blind fell on the floor, loft room bathroom the shower holder was loose, so your pretty much showering against the wall almost. The first floor shower holder was loose also. Apart from that clean and tidy. There was a garden there but overgrown grass so couldn't use it. Also there is bay for parking one car but we were told not to park there as you would end up getting a ticket. Free parking off-street about 2-4 mins walk from the property.
