We had a very pleasant experience. The hotel had a warm and authentic atmosphere, with charming traditional décor that gave the place a unique character. It had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The staff and owners were very welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
Personally, the only aspect I did not particularly like was the hotel's proximity to the lagoon/marsh area. However, this is a matter of personal preference and did not affect the quality of the stay or the excellent hospitality we received.

The pool was beautiful and very clean. I loved the amazing view and the peaceful atmosphere. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stay. ❤️

Het zwembad was mooi
Wij kregen aanvankelijk één van de twee traditionele Albanese kamers. Echter, deze kamer bevat geen ramen en geen zitje om buiten te zitten of je handdoek op te hangen buiten. We voelde ons er opgesloten en vroegen om een andere kamer. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk en we kregen een andere kamer: een 2 persoons waar een extra bedje bij was gezet. Deze kamer was enorm gedateerd, klein, benauwd en zat vol muggen. Desalniettemin waren we er blij mee; want het was wat ons betreft beter dan het opgesloten gevoel van de traditionele kamer.
Niets dan lof voor het vriendelijke personeel. Toen ik vertelde dat we, zonder overdrijven, 30 muggen hadden doorgeslagen in de nieuwe kamer, boden zij aan een gif te sprayen wat ‘ecologisch’ was en niet schadelijk voor de gezondheid. Hier hebben wij wegens gezondheidsredenen niet voor gekozen.
Overlast van de muggen is afkomstig van het moeras gebied wat achter het resort ligt. We hadden 3 nachten geboekt, maar zijn een dag eerder vertrokken. Ondanks het enorm lieve personeel, en het prettige zwembad was het voor ons niet de plaats om te zijn.
Shengjin zou ik persoonlijk als plaats ook links laten liggen. Het voegt wat ons betreft niets toe aan het prachtige Albanië.
