The Ambience Cleanliness Food quality is excellent
Light switch near bed far from access. When opening Bathroom door some big noise comes. Room lights need improvement. Fridge not working properly

The location required effort to get there e.g. a taxi out from Pune, however once there the location was superb by the river. The food was very reasonably priced which we were not expecting for this 5 star hotel and excellent too.
It would have been nice to know beforehand that there was no bar on site, which is the policy of the hotel and we didn't find out until we got there, however that didn't take away from the wonderful time we had there. Thank you Mr Matthews for all you did as Manager to make our stay so enjoyable!
