近くにいろいろな施設があり、秩父駅に近く、西武秩父駅からは少し歩くが、そう遠くない。1人でセミダブルを使用したこともあり、綺麗な部屋を広々と使えた。大浴場にはRefaのシャワーヘッドとドライヤーが設置されており、サウナや露天風呂もある。アメニティーに化粧品セットや体を洗うためのボディータオルなどがあり、好みなどがなければ自分で用意する必要がない。化粧品類は大浴場の脱衣所にもある。行かなかったが、漫画コーナーや卓球コーナーを無料で利用できるらしい。
もう少しベッドが柔らかければもっと快適。テレビのリモコンの反応が悪く、時差で反応することもあり、疲れた。
