Calme central excellent petit déjeuner sur un magnifique Roof top. Petit déjeuner agréablement préparé par Sol et Bertha qui sont adorables.

The staff was amazing! Is nearby everything and was very clean.
The ac was not working properly, and at night you can hear music from the bars.

Positive:
- Good location.
- Clean room.
- Friendly staff.
- The room was ready, and we were allowed to check in early.
- Good breakfast for the price.
Negative:
- Arrival and communication: When we arrived, we rang the bell and the door was opened remotely, but nobody was there to welcome us. After sending three WhatsApp messages, making one WhatsApp call, and sending two messages through Booking.com — all without a response — someone finally arrived after 29 minutes, offering only a very brief apology. We did arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the official check-in time, but our intention was simply to leave our luggage. We eventually received an early check-in, which we appreciated.
- No Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi did not work throughout our entire stay. We had to ask about it ourselves and received only a brief explanation that it was not working due to a power outage earlier that morning. Since we had only made our reservation late that morning, the hotel should have informed us about this issue before accepting our booking. This would have given us the opportunity to choose another hotel.
- Shower: There was no hot water, and the water pressure in the shower was extremely low.
Overall:
Although the location, cleanliness, friendly staff and breakfast were positive aspects, the poor communication, lack of Wi-Fi and shower issues were disappointing. These are basic facilities and services that guests should be able to expect.
