Not the best

The location

The biggest issue was poor communication. I had to check out one day early for health reasons and gave plenty of notice, but I’m still waiting for a response regarding a refund for the unused night. The remote, impersonal check-in/check-out process and lack of in-person staff also made the experience feel disconnected.

Excellent for its price

Although I made this reservation on very short notice, the host took my call, guided me through the process, and gave very clear instructions. Having a freezer was key for me, and the Wi-Fi was decent. Though the place has no air conditioning, the climate isn't punishing, and the fan was sufficient. It's a 10 for the price, excellent location.

TV remote had no battery left.

Good facilities, but incredibly loud in the morning as most Colombian hotels and hostels.

Loud on he second morning. Blasting music on courtyard speakers after 11 am, cleaning crew screaming to each other after 9 am as always in all Colombian hostels/hotels. Impossible to carry out intellectual work inside the room (adjacent to courtyard). I had higher hopes for this one, but Colombia cannot keep quiet one whole morning. If you want to sleep in or work while your vacation, you can forget it.

Good location

Nothing fancy, great location and value

shower would stay damp since there was no floor mat, no one was available to come into the room for multiple day stays to clean the floor, water is very cold which is normal for Cali but they might want to offer a heater for visitors

Un lugar tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, tienes todo lo que se requiere para una buena estancia. Una cocina la cual es muy util a la hora de preparar el desayuno, aire acondicionado, baño amplio y unas instalaciones bonitas y acogedoras.
