写真通りに清潔感ある清掃が隅々まで行き届いた部屋でした。
良かった点は以下です。
オーナーが日本人のようで対応がしっかりして丁寧
事前の問い合わせにも迅速に真摯に応えて下さる
駅から近く首都高の下を歩いて行くため酷暑の日でもほとんど日陰を歩いて駅に行ける
近隣に玉出スーパーや多数コンビニ、飲食店、コインランドリーがある
洗濯機があり洗剤、柔軟剤完備
冷蔵庫が大きく冷凍庫もしっかり使える
2脚の椅子と机があり部屋でご飯が落ち着いて食べれる
電源も部屋のあちこちにあり枕元にも電源がありスマホも置けるスペースあり
洗濯物を干す折り畳み式の物干しがありベランダに出して干せる
その他も書ききれない程痒いとこに手が届いている部屋でした。万博行く為に利用しましたが宿に戻った後クタクタだったので部屋で色々なことが完結出来て大変助かりました。
某国外国人オーナーの民泊だとかなり酷いとこがありますが安心して泊まることが出来て良かったです。
テーブルが少し小さい。2人でご飯食べるのに弁当やお惣菜を広げると少し手狭でした。
部屋はそこまで広くないため大型のスーツケース2個だと狭くなる

Le logement en lui-même est très bien, très bien placé, spacieux, avec tous les équipements nécessaires.
Je n'ai pas reçu les indications pour accéder au logement par mail. Je me suis donc retrouvée devant l'immeuble sans savoir quoi faire. J'ai demandé de l'aide à des voisins pour qu'ils appellent le numéro lié au logement, car je ne pouvais pas téléphoner avec mon téléphone (difficultés liées à la langue, internet, possibilité de téléphoner...). Heureusement que je suis tombée sur des personnes serviables.
Donc arrivée compliquée, même si le service a été joignable et que j'ai pu récupérer les clés. Le service client avec qui j'ai correspondu par la suite par mail était réactif.

The room was spacious enough to open two large suitcases and it was close to shopping areas and restaurants. The accommodation was down a quite road away from the busy city
The bedding had a yellow tinge to it (meant to be white bedding) so it seemed dirty although I just think it needs to be washed with bleach
