Love the location, centre of the city. I also love it when you can park your car in front of the house.

We love the serenity of the place, it's a bit far from the busy road, my kids and my old parents enjoy the calmness and peace. Rooms have their own private parking. Very good. The rooms are quite wide and have enough space for kids to play. We love the kindness of the staff/owner of the place. We appreciate their assistance. Wifi is good. Water pressure is okay not bad. Rooms are also clean and acceptable for us.
It's quite far from the town, but for its price, it is still worth the price. You can still get food and items from shops at the mainroad. Maybe housekeeping needs to clean the spiderwebs in some of the rooms.

We booked the room last minute that day. Beautiful and comfortable room. The owner is very friendly and kind.
The condition of the room is very clean and we are very satisfied.
Close to 7E, 7 minutes to Asean Night Market and Central Festival. Very strategic place.
They don't speak english, need to use google translate to communicate with them. But in terms of service, I am very satisfied
