Die Ulmer Penthouse Wohnung ist absolut das beste was uns bisher an Ferienwohnungen begegnet ist! Die Wohnung ist riesengroß, toll eingerichtet und das schönste ist die riesige Dachterasse. Der Tiefgaragenplatz war inclusive und man fährt von dort mit dem Fahrstuhl bis in die 4. Etage. Die Vermieter haben alles erklärt. Es gab keine Probleme , wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich in der Nähe.
Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte!!!!

Die Lage ist sehr schön gelegen! Super Verkehrsanbindung! Ausstattung ist gut! Alles vorhanden, was man braucht!
Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was primär nicht schlecht sein muss. Allerdings ist die Sauberkeit freundlich ausgedrückt ausbaufähig. Von Haaren im frischen Bett, teils schmutziges Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Türen, staubige Lüftung, Schrankunterseite neben dem Herd und bitte den Duschvorhang austauschen.
